1. If the buyer chooses to make a direct payment to the seller outside of FlippingTraders.com’s platform, we are not responsible for any kind of fraud, dispute, or financial loss that may occur in such transactions.
2. FlippingTraders.com acts as a mediator between the buyer and seller Payment will be released to the seller once the deal is completedBuyers are not eligible for any refunds after the transaction is finalized.
3. Buyers are required to thoroughly check all aspects of the website, including Adsense, content, functionalities, and more FlippingTraders.com will not be held responsible for any issues or discrepancies found after the purchase.
4. FlippingTraders.com serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. If buyers encounter any problems with the website after the purchase, FlippingTraders.com will not be held liable.
5. If a seller chooses to sell their website using Method 1 or Method 2, 20% of the transaction amount will be held for security reasons. This amount will be retained for the next 10 days, as it takes Google 8 days to update the mobile number.
6. Flippingtraders usually take 1 hour to process payment to the seller.  Will release the payment to the seller after deducting 15% success fee from it.
7. In the case of a seller using Method 2, they must transfer the domain to FlippingTraders.com before the site is listed on the platform. The domain will be held by FlippingTraders.com for the next 60 days.
8. The use of abusive language or behavior on the platform will result in immediate blocking, and the individual will not receive any assets or refunds.
9. In Method 2 If Seller is Refuse to Give Adsense Login Details , We will not Return domain to Seller, Note : Seller must need to provide original gmail and password from which adsense approval is taken.

By using the platform, users agree to abide by these rules and accept the responsibilities outlined above. FlippingTraders.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed, and users will be notified of any changes.
